CANVASSES

Whalesong Art aims to raise awareness of cetacean causes globally through conversation about the art !
These stunning images are a world first visual representation of whale and dolphin song recorded by 'shape of the sound' artist Mark Fischer of Aguasonic Acoustics in San Francisco turned into whale and dolphin art through the mathematics of the wavelets programme.
They are helping us learn how and why these magnificent and sensient creatures communicate through song.
IMPORTANT - We only use dye sublimation printing to ensure longlasting quality !
All our 360g, 100% cotton whale art and dolphin art canvasses are bespoke originals of the highest grade available using the latest dye sublimation technology which is fused INTO the fabric not onto it. This most importantly, and in comparison with other cheaper printing methods, means that the canvas can be cleaned if necessary, is super durable and will not easily scuff or crack like other printing options.
After the printing process, which uses water-based inks not solvent-based, the bespoke canvasses are hand stretched around a hand-made 38mm pine gallery frame ready for hanging which is made easy by the fact that they weigh very little. The stunning finished product is then bubble wrapped, boxed and sent on its way to look super-cool in your vacant space.
Apart from looking stunning ,unique and original in the home environment the canvasses are fantastic for bars, hotels, spas and office space. The circular mandalas are very inspirational and with a certain hypnotic look are great for meditating, relaxing and improving concentration.
There are over 80 to chose from so let us help liven up that hallway or lounge wall with some oceanic eco-art ! Simply place your favourites in the shopping cart and view from there.
All canvasses come with an anodised aluminium logo at bottom left outside side of the frame to prove they are originals.
We can't all be the ones chasing away the Japanese whaling fleet but by drawing attention to and discussing the increasing problems facing cetaceans you are helping their cause.
To help keep the original artists singing we will donate 1% of our profit to the Whale and Dolphin Conservation Society.
(The actual canvasses of these images will not have the logo at bottom right, it's just a watermark)
